- a cup of tea with a bit of milk and sugar
- orangejuice
- fruitmüsli with berry yoghurt
- two sandwiches with both a bit of margarine and two thin slices of turkey

Lunch
- pasta with cheese and ham
- a glass of water

- two mandarines
- a kiwi
- a cup of hot cocoa
- a cup of tea with a bit of milk and sugar
- two sandwiches with both a bit of margarine, two thin slices of cheese and four slices of cucumber
- a bit of dark chocolate

In the evening
- a sandwich with turkey, cheese and cucumber
- a glass of water

- fruit müsli with strawberry yoghurt
- orangejuice
- one sandwich with a bit of margarine and 4 slices of cucumber

Lunch
- panpizza
- ~2,5 dl of cucumber, carrot and salad
- few pieces of baquette
- 3 glasses of water

- a cup of green tea with a bit of sugar

- two sandwiches with both a bit of margarine and two thin slices of turkey
- a cup of tea with a bit of milk and sugar
- a mandarine
- a kiwi
- two sandwiches with both a bit of margarine, two thin slices of turkey and four slices of cucumber

Friday 11.1.

Breakfast
- 2 toasts with both a bit of margarine and one thin slice of turkey
- strawberry yoghurt
- a cup of black tea with a bit of milk and sugar

Lunch
- tunalasagne
- ~2 dl of cucumber, tomato and salad
- 2 rye sandwiches with both a bit of margarine
- a glass of nonfat milk

After school/Dinner
- 2 toasts and between them salad, tomato, cheese, chicken and mayonnaise
- a cup of black tea with a bit of sugar

- a piece of dark chocolate
- a banana
- couple of chips
- hot cocoa with raspberries
- müsli with strawberry yoghurt
- 2 toasts with both a bit of margarine, one thin slice of turkey and 4 slices of cucumber
- hot cocoa

Thursday 10.1.

Breakfast
- fruitmüsli with nonfat strawberry yoghurt
- orange juice

Lunch
- beefsauce
- rice
- ~2 dl raw carrots
- one bread with a bit of margarine
- a glass of nonfat milk

After school
- two ryesandwiches with both a bit of margarine and two thin slices of turkey
- nonfat yoghurt with blueberries and cranberries
- one banana

- one bit of sausage
- fruitmüsli with nonfat strawberry yoghurt
- one nonfat raspberry icecream
- two pieces of dark chocolate
- two glasses of water
- one cup of tea with a bit of sugar and nonfat milk

Okay, today it didn't go so well. I didn't eat a proper dinner at all, only those snacs, that's not good at all. I should really drink more water, two glasses a day ain't even near the amount I should really drink every day. Still, I'm really glad that allmost all the milkproducts that I've ate/drank have been nonfat, and every day I've ate vegetables and fruits too.

Wednesday 9.1.

Breakfast
- two sandwiches with both a bit of margarine, 2 thin slices of turkey and 5 slices of cucumber
- orangejuice

Lunch
- one plate of barleyporrige with a bit of cinnamon and sugar
- glass of nonfat milk
- two sandwiches with both a bit of margarine and a half slice of cheese
- one mandarine

After school
- nonfat yoghurt with mango and peach
- nonfat milk
- 2 ryesandwiches with both a bit of margarine, 2 slices of cheese and 4 slices of cucumber
- one kiwi

- 4 slices of pineapple
- strawberry yoghurt

Dinner
- 4 chicken nuggets
- cheesepotatoes
- few slices of cucumber
- glass of water

Today I made a new year's promise. A bit late, yes, but I don't think it matters so much. I will lose some weight and watch what I put into my mouth. How much I lose weight, it doesn't matter so much(atleast not yet), but I must get under that 89 kg's, which is the magic line to me. So I thought it would be a good idea to start listing up what I eat and drink every day. I might count the calories sometimes too, but that's not really the point. I just want to start eating healthier and I think this diary would be a good help. I want my diet's motto to be "you can everything with moderation".

Tuesday 8.1.

Breakfast
- one sandwich with a bit of margarine and 2 thin slices of turkey
- orangejuice
- apple
- milk with cocoa

- chocolate bar

Lunch
- 6 meatballs
- ~1,5 dl raw carrots
- glass of water

After school
- nonfat yoghurt with blueberries and cranberries
- glass of water
- 2 ryesandwiches with both a bit of margarine, 2 slices of sausage and 4 slices of cucumber
- nonfat milk

- 4 bits of dark chocolate
- 2 kiwis

Dinner
- homemade chickenburger with cheese, salad and tomato
- orangejuice
- glass of water

- one baked roll
- glass of water

Okay, not so good start. Fruits and vegetables I ate nicely, I think, but I'll really have to leave all those sugary treats from my diet! That dark chocolate I bought today, I read that chocolate with over 70% cocoa is actually really good for my skin and it's got lots of antioxidants, so I think that is okay.
