I didn&apos;t eat a proper dinner at all, only those snacs, that&apos;s not good at all. I should really drink more water, two glasses a day ain&apos;t even near the amount I should really drink every day. Still, I&apos;m really glad that allmost all the milkproducts that I&apos;ve ate/drank have been nonfat, and every day I&apos;ve ate vegetables and fruits too.</description>

  <description>Today I made a new year&apos;s promise. A bit late, yes, but I don&apos;t think it matters so much. I will lose some weight and watch what I put into my mouth. How much I lose weight, it doesn&apos;t matter so much(atleast not yet), but I must get under that 89 kg&apos;s, which is the magic line to me. So I thought it would be a good idea to start listing up what I eat and drink every day. I might count the calories sometimes too, but that&apos;s not really the point. I just want to start eating healthier and I think this diary would be a good help. I want my diet&apos;s motto to be &quot;you can everything with moderation&quot;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Tuesday 8.1.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Breakfast&lt;br /&gt;- one sandwich with a bit of margarine and 2 thin slices of turkey&lt;br /&gt;- orangejuice&lt;br /&gt;- apple&lt;br /&gt;- milk with cocoa&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- chocolate bar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lunch&lt;br /&gt;- 6 meatballs&lt;br /&gt;- ~1,5 dl raw carrots&lt;br /&gt;- glass of water&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After school&lt;br /&gt;- nonfat yoghurt with blueberries and cranberries&lt;br /&gt;- glass of water&lt;br /&gt;- 2 ryesandwiches with both a bit of margarine, 2 slices of sausage and 4 slices of cucumber&lt;br /&gt;- nonfat milk&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 4 bits of dark chocolate&lt;br /&gt;- 2 kiwis&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dinner&lt;br /&gt;- homemade chickenburger with cheese, salad and tomato&lt;br /&gt;- orangejuice&lt;br /&gt;- glass of water&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- one baked roll&lt;br /&gt;- glass of water&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Okay, not so good start. Fruits and vegetables I ate nicely, I think, but I&apos;ll really have to leave all those sugary treats from my diet! That dark chocolate I bought today, I read that chocolate with over 70% cocoa is actually really good for my skin and it&apos;s got lots of antioxidants, so I think that is okay.</description>
